December 12, 2024 - Public Hearing for Updated Development Charges in Brandon

Public hearings for both By-law No. 7397 and By-law No. 7406 will be held on Monday, Dec. 16, 2024, at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. Members of the public will be invited to ask questions, present their views, and/or register an official objection on either or both By-laws. 
 
The public hearings will discuss two amendments to Development Charges By-law 7175:

• The first amendment, By-law No. 7397, includes updated rates for transportation and land drainage network infrastructure. 
• The second amendment, By-law No. 7406, will address the remaining rates for water and wastewater treatment and network infrastructure.
