December 10, 2025 - Lot Grading Online Information Session

The City of Brandon Engineering Department has identified gaps within the existing Lot Grading By-law. We have drafted by-law amendments, available for review upon request, and are inviting the development community and general public to take part in an online information session on December 16^th from 3 to 4 pm. To register for the online information session please email LandDevelopment@brandon.ca.
 
Among the topics to be covered at the online information session: updates to definitions;  threshold requiring engineered design; non-compliance measures relating to permitting; and required record grading submissions post construction.
