2026 Louis Riel Day Hours of Operation

Brandon, MB – The City of Brandon wishes to advise of the following hours of operation for Louis Riel Day, Mon, Feb. 16, 2026.

Brandon City Hall (410 - 9th St.), A.R. McDiarmid Civic Complex (638 Princess Ave.), Civic Services Complex (900 Richmond Ave. E.) and Parks Complex (2020 McGregor Ave.) will be closed.

Brandon Transit will be running holiday hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Transit Information Centre is relocating and is currently closed. It is expected to reopen in the last week of February.

Brandon’s Community Sportsplex will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Brandon’s Youth Centre will be closed.

Eastview Landfill will be closed. 

All after-hours Public Works emergencies should be directed to the City of Brandon Public Works After-Hours Line at 204-729-2285. Non-emergent issues can be reported online at brandon.ca/report-an-issue.
