July 11, 2025 - Development Charges Superstructure Permit Deadlines

This is a reminder that all applicants, who submitted a building permit application (foundation only or combined foundation/superstructure) prior to June 6, 2025, and were deemed to have a complete submission by June 19, 2025, must meet the following deadlines to remain exempt from paying updated Development Charges rates.
 

• Superstructure Permit Submission Deadline: July 18, 2025.
• Superstructure Permit Issuance Deadline: August 18, 2025.
