Update on Investigation into Cassity Delvenne's Death

Cassity Delvenne's death is non-suspicious in nature with no evidence of foul play.

Brandon Police Service is now in receipt of the Medical Examiner's Report, Autopsy Report and Toxicology Report. A definitive cause of death has been determined by the Medical Examiner, but out of respect for the family of Cassity Delvenne and in compliance with the privacy provisions of the Personal Health Information Act, police cannot publicly share any of the information contained within these reports.

The Brandon Police Service investigation into this matter is now concluded.
