Possess Meth
On September 6, 2026, shortly before 2:00 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Park Ave. A 30-year-old female passenger was arrested as she was to abide by a daily curfew. Upon her arrest she was found in possession of 2 grams of Meth. She was lodged to appear in court on charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order X3 and Possession of Meth.
Impaired Driver – Immediate Roadside Prohibition
On September 6, 2026, shortly before 2:00 am, police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Brandon Ave and 26th street. The 35-year-old male driver showed signs of impairment and open alcohol was observed in the vehicle. The driver provided two samples of his breath on the roadside and failed. His vehicle was seized and he received a 90-day license suspension.
Other Arrests
Over the past 24 hours three individuals were arrested during separate incidents and lodged until sober due to their intoxication and behavior while under the influence of drug or alcohol. One individual was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.
