Rock Thrower:

On Friday morning, a report was received from the Provincial Court House that a rock had been thrown through a window sometime overnight. The incident was captured on surveillance video from which the perpetrator was identified. The 35 year-old female suspect was located, arrested, and released on appropriate police imposed conditions for one count of mischief to property under $5000. She is scheduled to appear in court on November 2^nd.

Youth Assault:

On Friday evening a father reported that his 15 year-old daughter had been assaulted by two females while at McDonald’s Restaurant. Video surveillance from the restaurant identified the primary suspect. The 14 year-old suspect was located at her residence, where she was arrested without incident for assault. She was later released to her guardian and is to appear in court on November 17^th.

Breach of Court Order:

At about 9:50 PM Friday evening, a disturbance was reported in the 200 block Maryland Avenue that involved an ex-girlfriend banging on the residence door, shaking the entire apartment, screaming and crying. When officers attended, the female suspect ignored direction and walked away. Upon being detained and identified, a records query returned that she was bound by an Undertaking with a condition that she not attend to the address due to a previous assault complaint. She was arrested for the breach, held in cells, and will released once sober. She is scheduled to appear in court on November 16^th.

Others:

Three other intoxicated subjects were held in custody overnight to sober up after being involved in separate incidents. They will be released without criminal charges.
