Assault with a Weapon

On 2026-09-20 at 11:19 a.m., police responded to an establishment in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue after receiving a report that an intoxicated female was repeatedly causing a disturbance and had struck a 33-year-old male in the chest with a kitchen utensil. No injuries were sustained by the victim, and a 28-year-old female was lodged at BPS for release once sober, with conditions to appear in court on 2026-11-16 for the charge of Assault with a Weapon.

Breach of Peace/Public Intoxication

Over the past 24 hrs, five individuals were lodged by BPS until sober for Breach of Peace and Public Intoxication.
