Breach of the Peace / Protective Detention & Care of Intoxicated Persons Act
In the past 24 hours, three individuals were arrested for Breach of the Peace, while two additional individuals who were highly intoxicated were taken into custody under the Protective Detention & Care of Intoxicated Persons Act (PDCIPA). All are expected to be released once calm and sober.
Arrest Warrants
Over the past 24 hours, two individuals were arrested on outstanding Warrants for Arrest. One individual was released on an Appearance Notice with a future court date, while the other was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.
Failure to Comply Release Order
On May 27th at 11:12 p.m. a 38-year-old male was stopped in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue. The male was bound by a curfew of which he was breaching. He was arrested and later released via Appearance Notice with a future court date of August 6th, 2026. The male also received tickets under the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act.
