Canada Wide Warrant Apprehension
Around 1:51am on Sunday June 28th a traffic stop was conducted on Highway 10 and Highway 110. The male operator of the vehicle was found to have a Canada Wide Warrant for his arrest, stemming from numerous firearms charges out of Red Deer, AB. The 43year-old male was held in BPS cells to appear in Court in the morning.
Arrest Warrants
In the past 24 hours 4 other individuals were arrested on the strength of their respective Warrants for Arrest. 2 of the individuals were held for court in the morning, while the other 2 were released with scheduled Court dates.
Breach of Peace
In the last 24 hours 4 people were lodged in the Brandon Police Service for Breach of Peace. They were arrested and held in BPS detention cells to be released in the morning.
Protective Detention and Care of Intoxicated Persons Act
In the past 24 hours 5 individuals were held in the BPS cells under the PDCIPA.
