In the past 24 hours one individual was held in the BPS cells under the PDCIPA

Arrest Warrants

In the past 24 hours three individuals were arrested on the strength of their Warrants for Arrest.  One individual was released via Appearance Notices with future court dates and two were held for court in the morning. (One of who obtained a new charge of Failure to Comply Release Order – Curfew).

Breach of Peace

In the last 24 hours two people were arrested and brought to the Brandon Police Service (BPS) detention cells due to Breach of the Peace. They will be released in the morning.
