Arrest Warrant

In the past 24 hours one individual was arrested on the strength of their Warrants for Arrest.  The individual was released with a scheduled Court date in July. 

Assaults

In the past 24 hours two people were arrested for assault. One was held for court while the other was released with a scheduled August court date in Brandon.

Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking

In the past 24 hours one individual was arrested for possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. This person was held overnight and released with a scheduled court date in August.

Breach of Peace

In the last 24 hours 1 person was lodged in the Brandon Police Service for Breach of Peace. They were arrested and held in BPS detention cells to be released in the morning.  

Protective Detention and Care of Intoxicated Persons Act

In the past 24 hours two people were held in the BPS cells under the PDCIPA
