Flood Traffic Update: 1st Street from Kirkcaldy Drive to Pacific Ave Reopened 

The Province has advised that the flood protection with the super sandbags on 1st Street is now removed.

Both the northbound and southbound lanes from Kirkcaldy Drive to Pacific Ave have been reopened.

We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we continue with our flood recovery.
