It's Time to 'Fill The Bus' for Christmas Cheer!

Brandon Transit is, once again, asking the community to help “Fill The Bus” for Christmas Cheer!

In conjunction with its 13th annual “Fill the Bus” Campaign in support of the Brandon-Westman Christmas Cheer Registry, donations of food and toys are gratefully being accepted on all regular Brandon Transit routes from Sunday, November 27th through to Saturday, December 3rd. During these dates, the regular cash fare to ride the bus will be waived for any customer donating a non-perishable food item or new, unwrapped toy.

Brandon Transit employees will also be accepting donations of unwrapped toys or non-perishable food items, as well as monetary contributions, at the below sponsored locations from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following dates:

Saturday, Nov. 26th  – Sobeys West

Saturday, Dec. 3rd  – Safeway Corral Centre

Saturday, Dec. 10th – Safeway Corral Centre

The 2015 edition of the “Fill The Bus” Campaign collected in excess of 4,200 pounds of non-perishable food and toy donations!
