Media Release for December 17th 2023
On Saturday at approximately 3:30PM Police received a call from a Mother reporting that her son was outside banging on her apartment window trying to get in to the suite. The 40 year old son was located on the deck of the building and was arrested for breaching a non contact condition of a Release Order. He was also charged with Resisting Arrest due to his actions during the arrest. The Accused will be appearing in court on December 18th.
Sunday morning at approximately 5:15AM a male was arrested for Impaired Driving. He was located slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle at 18th Street & Richmond Ave. Once Police on scene woke the Accused up his vehicle drove into the Police Cruiser at the scene. He provided breath samples in excess of .08mg%, and given a court date to deal with his charges.
