Arrest Warrants

On March 12that 08:29 a 28-year-old male turned himself in to Brandon Police as he was aware he had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. He was arrested and held for court on March 13th,2024.

 

On March 12th at 4:22 pm a 23year old male turned himself in to Brandon Police as he was aware he had an outstanding warrant for sexual assault. He was arrested and released for court on April 9th,2024.

 

On March 12th at 5:04 pm Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 00 block of 9th street. A 34-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. He was released for court on May 6th, 2024.

 

On March 12th at 11:30 Pm Police attended to a business in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue. A 36-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant Failing to comply with a court order. He was released for court on April 8th, 2024.

 

On March 13th at 02:05 Police attended a residence in the 700 block of 11th street as the resident had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with court order. A 46-year-old male was arrested and released for court on March 13th, 2024.

 

On March 13th at 02:10am Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 3100 block of Victora Avenue. A 36-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with a release order. He was held for court on March 13th, 2024.

 

Theft Under $5000

On March 12th at 11:55 am Police received a call from a business in the 100 block of 17th street north reporting a shoplifter. The business advised a male had stolen a backpack valued at $80. A 30-year-old male was arrested for theft, and it was also learned he had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. He was held for court on March 13th, 2024.

 

Breach of Peace

On March 12at at 11”33 am police received a call of a disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of 1st street. A 21-year-old male was arrested as he was found to be the cause of the issues. He will be released in the morning.

 

On March 12th at 5:39 pm Police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 1600 block of McTavish Avenue. An intoxicated 19-year-old male was arrested as he was trying to fight his family members. He will be released in the morning.

 

Possession of Meth

On March 12th at 4:12 pm police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Lorne Avenue. Two 29-year-old males were arrested as they had open liquor in the vehicle and a small amount of methamphetamine. They were released for court on May 9th, 2024.

 

Possession of a Weapon

On March 13th at 05:14 am Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of queens Avenue. A 36-year-old male was arrested as he was wanted for theft of a vehicle. He was also found to be in possession of a pellet pistol and was on a court order to not possess any weapons. He was held for court on March 13th, 2024. A 23-year-old male passenger was also arrested as he was found to be breaching his court ordered curfew. He was released for court on May 23rd, 2024.
