Arrest Warrants 

On January 14, 2020, shortly before 1:00 am, police arrested three individuals who were wanted on outstanding arrest warrants. The three individuals happened to be at a residence police attended to on a separate matter. Two 21-year-old males were lodged in Brandon Correctional Centre to appear in court today on charges of Fail to Comply with Probation and a 32-year-old male was released.

On January 14, 2020 shortly after 1:00 am, police attended to a residence on a report of a disturbance. No one in the residence had any complaint, nor would they corroborated the report; however, one individual was the subject of an outstanding arrest warrant. The 30-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon correctional Centre to appear in court today on a charge of Fail to Comply with Recognizance

On January 13, 2020, police arrested two individuals on outstanding arrest warrants. A 33-year-old male was lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to appear in court today on a charge of Fail to comply with Recognizance, and a 37-year-old male will appear in court in February on a charge of Fail to Comply with Probation.

 

Breach of Peace

On January 13, 2020 before 4:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in a parking lot of the 900 block of Victoria Ave. The male was trying to open vehicle doors and he was harassing individuals in the area. The 25-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre until sober.
