For the last 24 hours:

Fail to Comply Probation:

On February 24, 2024, at 8:20pm, police observed a male within a business located in the 000 block of 10^th Street.  The male was known to police and bound by conditions of a Probation Order not to attend the business.  The 30 year old male was subsequently arrested and later released with a future court date.

Breach of the Peace:

On February 24, 2024, at 10:00pm, police were called to a residence 200 block of 8^th Street regarding a disturbance.  Police located and arrested a 39 year old female who was found to be the problem.  The female was lodged at the Brandon Police Station for a period of time and then released.

Intoxicated Person:

On February 25, 2024, at 2:58am, police were dispatch to a residence in the 400 block of 11^th Street regarding an intoxicated male banging on a door and causing a disturbance.  Police located and arrested a highly intoxicated 41 year old male that was responsible for the disturbance.  The male was lodged at the Brandon Police Station where he was later released once sober.

Arrest Warrant:

On February 25, 2024, at 2:56am, police encountered a male and female in the 900 block of 10^th Street.  Both individuals were found to have warrants for their arrest.  Police arrested the 36 year old male and the 24 year old female on the strength of the warrants.  The duo was lodged at the Brandon Police Station where they appeared before a Justice regarding the matters.
