Breach Release Order
Shortly before 5:00pm on December 8th a male was located at a business on the 100 block of 5th St. He was known to be bound by a 24 hour curfew. As a result a 51 year old male was arrested for Failing to Comply with his release order. He was lodged for court in the morning.
Domestic Assault / Warrant
Shortly after 8:30 pm a call was received to attend to a residence in the area of Assiniboine Av and 11th St north for a possible domestic situation. Upon arrival it was learned that a female was assaulted by her partner. As a result a 27 year old male was arrested for Domestic Assault. He also had an outstanding warrant from Winnipeg Police for Domestic Assault as well. He was lodged for court in the morning.
Assault Peace Officer
Shortly after 11:30 pm police were called to a residence on the 400 block of 3rd St for an intoxicated female causing problems. Upon arrival a 38 year old female was found to be highly intoxicated and belligerent. While being medically cleared at BRHC she kicked one of the officers. As a result she was arrested for Assaulting a Peace Officer. She was lodged at BPS to be released with an Appearance Notice when sober. She is to appear in court on February 12th.
