Warrant

On the afternoon of 2023-08-30, police conducted a pedestrian stop with a female in the 300 block of 9^th Street.  A check of police records verified an outstanding warrant of arrest and the 45-year-old female has been lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-08-31.

Breach of Peace

On the evening of 2023-08-30, police attended to a residence in the 1000 block of 10^th Street after receiving a complaint that a family member was intoxicated and causing a disturbance.  A 18-year-old female was subsequently lodged at BPS and will be released when sober. 

Possession of a Weapon

On 2023-08-31 at 0200 hrs, police were patrolling the 1100 block of 4^th Street when a group of individuals were observed acting suspiciously and entering several residential yards.  A pedestrian stop was initiated with one of the individuals that was discovered to be intoxicated and in possession of a canister of bear spray, in addition to 1.5 grams of meth.  A 31-year-old male was lodged at BPS and will be released when sober with conditions to appear in court on a future date.

Breach of Peace

On 2023-08-31, police attended to a residence in the 4100 block of Mctavish Avenue after receiving a complaint that a family member was intoxicated and causing a disturbance.  A 34-year-old male was subsequently lodged at BPS and will be released when sober.
