Fail to Comply Release Order
On August 24, 2023, at approximately 1:30 pm, police received a report of a youth failing to comply with a condition of her Release Order not to attend Brandon. The 17-year-old female was located within the city and arrested. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on a charge of Fail to comply with a Release Order.
On August 25, 2023, at approximately 12:28 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Ross Avenue. The 35-year-old female passenger was found to be in noncompliance with her court ordered curfew. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on charges of Fail to comply with a Release Order x2.
Fail to Comply Undertaking
On August 24, 2023, police received a report of a 32-year-old male that was noncompliant with his court ordered curfew. Police attended his residence and confirmed he was not there. The male was later located and arrested. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on a charge of Fail to comply with an Undertaking.
Arrest Warrants
On August 24, 2023, police located and arrested a 27-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to comply with a Court Order. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.
On August 24, 2023, police located and arrested a 28-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court, Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Fail to comply with a Release Order x4, Resist Arrest, and Break and Enter. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.
On August 25, 2023, Winnipeg Police located and arrested a 33-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding Brandon Police charges of Fail to comply with a Probation Order. He was lodged to appear in court today.
