Break and Enter to Residence
On November 20, 2023, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a residence in the 200 block of 2nd street. Suspects broke in through a door between 1:45 pm and 8:00 pm. Once inside they stole a PS4 and a Google Chrome book.

Arrest Warrant
On November 20, 2023, police located and arrested a 29-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Theft Under $5000. She was located and released to appear in court on January 29, 2024.
Breach of the Peace
On November 21, 2023, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male at a residence at approximately 2:30 am. The behavior of the 46-year-old male was causing concern for his safety. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
Assault Peace Officer
On November 20, 2023, shortly after 3:00 pm, police responded to a report of a fight at a business in the 1900 block of Queen’s Ave. When police arrived, there were several individuals involved. A 19-year-old female was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober as she was no longer welcome at the business.
An 18-year-old male who was involved became aggressive with officers, charged at them, and punched on officer. To gain compliance from the male, a conducted energy weapon was deployed. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service. He will be released once sober to appear in court at a later date on charges of Resist Arrest and Assault Peace Officer.
