Trespassing
On December 19, 2023, just before 8:00 pm, police responded to a report of an unwanted intoxicated person refusing to leave an establishment in the 000 block of 10th Street. The 22-year-old female who had been previously banned from the premise was located by police and given several chances to leave but was uncooperative. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to prevent further issues. She will be released once sober and issued a ticket for Trespassing.
