Arrest Warrants

On December 14, 2023, shortly after 9:00 am, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence.  On of the individuals involved was found to be the subject of outstanding charges of Assault X2.  The 58-year-old male was arrested and later released to appear in court on February 15, 2024.

On December 14, 2023, shortly before 2:00 pm, police responded to a report of unwanted individuals in a residence refusing to leave.  When police arrived, they learned one of the individuals, a 48-year-old female was wanted on outstanding charges of Fraud Over $5000.  She was arrested and later released to appear in court on February 5, 2024.

On December 14, 2023, shortly before 6:00 pm, police arrested a 48-year-old male pedestrian in the 900 block of Princess Ave who was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault with a Weapon, Mischief to Property and Fail to Attend Court.  He was later released to appear in court on February 5, 2024.

 

Breach of the Peace

On December 14, 2023, shortly after 1:00 pm, police responded to a report of a highly intoxicated 22-year-old female screaming in a residence.  To prevent her behavior from continuing, she was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released once sober.

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order

On December 14, 2023, police responded to a report of a 34-year-old male who was driving past a residence that he was bound by conditions to stay at least 200 m away from.  The male was located and arrested.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on a charge of Fail to Comply with Release Order.
