Mischief Under $5000
On August 14, 2023, at approximately 7:30 am, police responded to a report of a female breaking windows at a business in the 700 block of Princess Ave. Police located and arrested the 21-year-old female in the 800 block of Princess Ave. She was later released and will appear in court on October 5, 2023 on a charge of Mischief Under $5000.
Disobeying Order of Court
On August 14, 2023, at approximately 12:00 pm, police responded to a report of a male corresponding with a female via email contrary to a non-communication order. The 41-year-old male was located and arrested. He was later released to appear in court on October 10, 2023 on a charge of Disobeying a Court Order.
Breach of Peace
On August 14, 2023, police received several reports of an intoxicated male who continually attended to a residence, while unwanted. The 25-year-old male was located and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
Arrest Warrant
On August 14, 2023, police located and arrested a 16-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Mischief Over $5000. He was later released to appear in court in September 2023.
