Virtual City Hall (VCH) is an online platform for the City of Brandon.
Signing up for VCH will provide account holders with access to their property tax, water (utility) billing, and accounts receivable account information.
Credit card payments can also be made through VCH for property tax, water (utility) billing, and accounts receivable. Please note, these credit card payments are subject to a 2.25% credit card convenience fee, calculated on the value of the transaction amount, and added the payment amount. This fee is charged to recover the costs incurred by the City of Brandon as a result of accepting this form of payment.
