Please be advised of the following Labour Day Holiday Hours of Operation for the City of Brandon:
Brandon City Hall (410-9th Street), the City of Brandon Civic Services Complex (900 Richmond Avenue East), the A.R. McDiarmid Civic Complex (638 Princess Avenue), and the Parks Complex/Brandon Municipal Cemetery Office will all be CLOSED on Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labour Day, and will re-open for regular business hours on Tuesday, September 3rd.
The Eastview Landfill will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Monday, September 2nd. A full listing of the Eastview Landfill’s summer/fall hours of operation can be found at http://www.brandon.ca/sanitation/landfill/landfill-overview.
A reminder to all Brandon Transit users that buses WILL NOT run on Monday, September 2nd and the Downtown Info Centre will also be CLOSED that day. Information on Brandon Transit routes and schedules can be found at http://brandontransit.ca/routes-schedules.
The Wheat City Golf Course will be open regular 8 a.m. to sundown hours on Monday, September 2nd. More information on booking tee times can be found at http://wheatcitygolfcourse.ca/.
Brandon’s Community Sportsplex will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, September 2nd. However, users will want to note that the facility’s pool will be closed for maintenance, beginning Saturday, August 31st and will not reopen until Saturday, September 21st.
