PLEASE TAKE NOTICE City Council will be considering four (4) citizen appointments to Brandon Urban Aboriginal Peoples Council. In order for appointments to be staggered to allow for continuity in membership, the appointment of the citizen-at-large members shall be made in the following manner;
(a) two (2) citizen-at-large members shall be appointed for a two (2) year term; and(b) two (2) citizen-at-large members shall be appointed for a one (1) year term
Please note the terms will be shortened as effective start date was January 1, 2019 in accordance with the City of Brandon By-law No. 7225.
Should any person be interested in becoming involved on the Brandon Urban Aboriginal Peoples’ Council, application forms are available at www.brandon.ca or can be picked up from and returned to the Legislative Services Office, Second Floor, City Hall, 410 - 9th Street, NO LATER THAN 4:00 p.m. APRIL 26, 2019.
