Brandon, MB – The City of Brandon’s Community Services Department is pleased to announce that the Wheat City Golf Course, located at 3500 McDonald Avenue, will open and be available for full 18-hole play beginning Tuesday, May 1st.
Golfers are encouraged to take advantage of the course’s special May pricing offer of 18 holes for only $25, and new within 2018’s rate list is a 20% discount on a Youth or Junior season pass with the purchase of an Adult season pass! In addition to welcoming golfers of all skill levels, the Wheat City Golf Course prides itself as an affordable and convenient location to host company, organization or fundraising golf tournaments. Course staff are available and willing to work with tournament organizers to best suits their needs.
Complete information on the course, including season pass and casual rate pricing, club and cart rental information, on-site cart storage, how to book a tee time or a tournament, and tennis court rentals, is available by calling the Pro Shop at 204-729-2177 or by visiting the course’s recently-updated website, www.wheatcitygolfcourse.ca. Golfers are encouraged to visit the refreshed website and sign up for the Wheat City Golf Course’s e-newsletter, which will deliver all the latest course and tennis news directly to their email inbox.
‘Snack Shack’ concession, beverage cart and catering services, courtesy of Brandon’s Keystone Centre, will also be available during the Wheat City Golf Course’s 2018 season.
