Wilful Damage

On March 27, 2021 at approx. 6:40 am a passerby reported someone at an ATM, in the 400 blk 9th St., tampering with the ATM. Members attended and found the cash slot had been damaged, and the suspect had left prior. Members spoke with security who saw the suspect and knew him. The 51 year old male, was located in the 800 blk Rosser Ave., and he was arrested and released to appear in court on 2021-06-03 on charges of Mischief under $5000.

Assault (Domestic)

On March 27, 2021 at approx. 10:50am Police received a report of a domestic assault at a home in the 200 blk 22nd St. Members attended and the 26 year old male was arrested for domestic assault. And released on an undertaking for court on 2021-05-10.

Theft Under

On March 27, 2021 at approx. at 4:00 pm, an employee of a business in the 900 blk 18th St N reported a shoplifting incident that had just occurred. The 33 year old male, tried on a shirt, then walked out of the store wearing it. Members located the suspect in the parking lot. He was arrested for theft under $5000. He was released on appear in court on 2021-06-21.

Break & Enter

On March 28, 2021 at approx. 5:28 hrs police responded to a B& E in progress in the 400 blk of 6th St. once in the area members heard glass breaking and male running away and then jumping into a vehicle fleeing the area. Investigation revealed that the window had been broken out at a house on the block. Still under investigation.

Other Arrests

On March 27, 2021 at approx. 6:30 am, a subject began making several 911 calls claiming a female had possibly pointed a gun at him at the rear of a local motel. Members attended and made contact with the two occupants of the room, who cooperated and exited the room. There were no weapons located.  The caller, a 38 year old male, admitted to meth use and was hallucinating. He was arrested and lodged until sober.

On March 27, 2021 at approx. 6:40 am police received a call about an unwanted person in a house in the 700 blk 10th St. Members attended and found a 20 year old female who was intoxicated and causing problems. He was arrested and lodged until sober.

On March 27, 2021 at approx. 7:40 pm a 26 year old female turned herself into police as she was aware there was a warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and then released to appear in court on 2021-06-17 on charges of Fail to Comply with Probation Order.

On March 27, 2021 at approx. 8:00 pm police attended to an address in the 1200 blk 10th St regarding a person there being aggressive and causing problems. Members located a 34 year old male, who had a warrant for his arrest from Winnipeg Police. He was arrested and later released to appear in court on 2021-06-01 on charges of Fail to Comply with Probation Order.

On March 27, 2021 at approx. at 10:20 pm police attended to a complaint at a business in the 200 blk 18th St N. Members located a 39 year old female, was intoxicated and causing problems. She was arrested and lodged until sober.

On March 28, 2021 at approx. at 1:20 am police received a reported on a male causing problems in the 800 blk of Pacific Ave. Members attended and located a 44 year old male, who was intoxicated. He was arrested and lodged until sober.

On March 28, 2021 at approx. at 2:08 am police attended to a complaint in the 600 blk Princess Ave E. Members located a 23 year old male who was intoxicated and causing problems. He was arrested and lodged until sober.
