Mischief to Property
At 6:36 am, Police attended to the 100 block of 15th St N for a suspicious male on the property. Upon arrival the male was located and it was determined he had damaged a light and the door to the shed. The 40 year old male was arrested and lodged until sober and was then released for a later court date.
Breach of Recognizance
At 3:50 pm Police attended to the 200 block of 9th St for a complaint of a male behaving erratically. The 58 year old male was arrested after it was determined he has not abiding by his conditions as he was with a female he was not to have contact with. The subject was arrested and held a will be released for a later court date.
Robbery with Violence
At 12:20 am police were called to the 1400 block of Victoria Ave for a female that was bleeding from the head. Police arrived and learned that she been struck in the head with her own skateboard as the suspects stole it and a cell phone from her. She received non-life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Police were able to locate two suspects in the 2200 block of Victoria Ave at a residence where they located the stolen items. A 15 year old female and a 23 year old male were arrested and charged for Robbery with violence. A warrant has been requested for a third suspect in this incident.
