City of Brandon Utility Rates On March 7, 2016, the City of Brandon submitted an application to the Public Utilities Board (PUB) for an increase in the City’s 2016, 2017, & 2018 water and sewer utility rates. On April 29, 2016, the PUB issued Board Order No. 60/16, which approved the City’s proposal (with modifications).
