10th Street to re-open today (December 1)
The City of Brandon wishes to advise the public that the 100-block of 10th Street is scheduled to re-open this afternoon, following the razing of the Brown Block building earlier this week.
The stretch of road, which was closed a number of weeks ago for the building’s demolition, is anticipated to be re-opened by early-to-mid-afternoon today.
As debris removal and backfill of the site are still ongoing, no parking is permitted on the east side of 10th Street in the area of the worksite.
