2012 Budget Review Invitation
The City of Brandon would like to extend an invitation for all residents to attend a presentation on the City’s upcoming 2012 Budget. This presentation will take place Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 7:30 pm in the foyer of City Hall.
This presentation will highlight:
- The City’s budgeting process;
- The City’s opportunities and challenges;
- Higher level budget changes within the various operating departments;
- An explanation of how this budget will support the City’s “Roadmap for Growth” initiatives.
City administration will be in attendance to provide clarity and/or to answer budget-related questions.
City Councillors will also be in attendance at the presentation to gather your feedback in anticipation of upcoming budget deliberations, which are set for the afternoon of Dec.9th and all day on Dec.10th. Both budget sessions will be held in the Council Chambers at Brandon City Hall and are open to the public to attend.
