The City of Brandon wishes to advise that Brandon City Hall (410-9th Street), the City of Brandon Civic Services Complex (900 Richmond Avenue East), the A.R. McDiarmid Civic Complex (638 Princess Avenue), the Parks Complex/Brandon Municipal Cemetery Office, and Brandon's Community Sportsplex will all be CLOSED on Monday, October 14th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, and will re-open for regular business hours on Tuesday, October 15th.
The Eastview Landfill will be open on Monday, October 14th from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. All landfill operating hours can be found at http://www.brandon.ca/sanitation/landfill/landfill-overview.
All Brandon Transit services will run regular Sunday/Statutory Holiday Hours ( 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on an hourly schedule) on Sunday, October 13th and Monday, October 14th. The Brandon Transit Info Centre will be CLOSED on Monday, October 14th. A full list of Brandon Transit routes and schedules can be found at http://www.brandontransit.ca/routes-schedules.
The City of Public Works Department is on standby to conduct street salting and/or snow plowing operations if the need arises. All after-hours Public Works emergencies should be directed to the City of Brandon Public Works After-Hours Line at 204-729-2285.
