City of Brandon 2019 Victoria Day Weekend Hours Of Operation

Please be advised of the following 2019 Victoria Day Long Weekend Hours of Operation for the City of Brandon:

Brandon City Hall (410-9th St.), the A.R. McDiarmid Civic Complex (638 Princess Avenue), and the Civic Services Complex (900 Richmond Avenue East) will be closed on Monday, May 20th in observance of Victoria Day. All three facilities will re-open for regular business hours on Tuesday, May 21st.

An important reminder for all Brandon Transit users that long weekend bus service is scheduled as follows:

• Saturday, May 18th – regular hours of operation (6 a.m. to midnight)
• Sunday, May 19th – hourly service from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Monday, May 20th - hourly service from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Transit Information Centre on Rosser Avenue Closed)

The Eastview Landfill’s Victoria Day Long Weekend hours of operation are as follows:

• Saturday, May  18th  - 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• Sunday, May 19th - 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
• Monday, May 20th - 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Brandon’s Community Sportsplex’s hours of operation on Monday, May 20th are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Visit https://mycommunity.brandon.ca/ for a complete list of facility hours and available programming.

The Wheat City Golf Course is open and operational for full-course play throughout the Victoria Day long weekend. Information on course hours of operation and how to book at tee time can be found at  http://wheatcitygolfcourse.ca/.
