East End Paw Park Closed For Maintenance and Tree-Planting on June 11th

June 7, 2018

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The City of Brandon’s Community Services Department wishes to advise the public that the East End Paw Park (located at 11th Street East and Victoria Avenue East) will be closed for maintenance and tree-planting on Monday, June 11th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The closure will allow department crews to address uneven ground surfaces throughout the off-leash dog park and will also provide for the planting of approximately a dozen new trees. For the safety of all, the public is asked to respect the closure and not bring their dogs into the park area between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday.

Information about the City of Brandon’s other two off-leash dog parks can be found at http://www.brandon.ca/recreation-parks/dog-parks. The City of Brandon thanks all users of its off-leash dog parks for their cooperation in keeping these facilities clean, safe, and fun for all.
