BAPD Development Plan Review - Open House

The Brandon and Area Planning District (BAPD) recently completed a draft review of its Development Plan for the City of Brandon and the Rural Municipalities of Cornwallis and Elton.

A Development Plan is a policy document that the BAPD Board, member municipalities and the public use to help direct development in the community. MMM Group Limited (MMM) was hired to facilitate the planning process and make changes to the Plan to reflect the various interests and development aspirations of the District. After an extensive consultation and review process, we have made some changes to the policies of the Plan and land use maps. We would like to provide the opportunity for you to review the draft Plan and are interested in your opinions. Some copies of the draft Plan will be available for your review at this event and the proposed land use maps will be on display.

Everyone is welcome to attend and the consultation team and staff will be on hand to answer questions.
