Representation on the subject matter will be received verbally or by written submission, in accordance with Schedule “B” to Procedure By-law No. 6634. Verbal presentations are limited to 5 minutes, following which members of City Council will be provided with an opportunity to ask questions. Written representations will be included in the councillors’ agenda packages or will be distributed at the meeting, depending on time of receipt.
